摘要

直角转弯通过性试验是确保营运安全达标的重点检测项目.精确测量车辆的最大转弯通道值对于分析汽车转弯时的运行指标至关重要,能有效预防转弯过程中可能发生的刮碰等安全事故.本文基于行标JT/T 1178.1-2018中附录B的要求,通过对车辆运动参数的深入分析,揭示了直角转弯通道值与车辆运动参数之间的内在关系.同时,本文还设计了一种新测量设备,不仅能够精确测量最大转弯通道值,而且能够更精确地控制车辆行驶误差.

Abstract

The right angle turning passability test is a key testing item for achieving operational safety standards.Accurately measuring the maximum turning channel value of a vehicle is beneficial for analyzing the operational indicators of the vehicle during turning,in order to prevent safety accidents such as scratches and collisions during the turning process.This article is based on the requirements of Appendix B in the industry standards JT/T 1178.1-2018.By analyzing the vehicle motion parameters,the relationship between the value of the right angle turning channel and the vehicle motion parameters is found.At the same time,a new measurement device is improved and designed,which can not only accurately measure the maximum turning channel value,but also more accurately control the vehicle driving error.
