随着智能网联汽车产业的蓬勃发展,科技浪潮的推动下,车联网技术日新月异.在这一进程中,个人数据的保护问题日益凸显,不容忽视.为应对这一挑战,欧洲数据保护委员会(EDPB)颁布了《车联网个人数据保护指南》,该《指南》深入剖析了车联网场景中潜在的数据安全风险,并提出了详尽的应对策略,为行业监管与责任追究树立了新的标杆.深入研究并借鉴《指南》中的亮点,同时以多重视角审视其可能存在的疏漏,对于我国构建和完善车联网个人数据保护制度体系具有重要意义.
Abstract
With the vigorous development of the intelligent connected car industry,driven by the wave of technology,the Internet of vehicles technology is changing day by day.In this process,the issue of personal data protection has become increasingly prominent and cannot be ignored.In order to meet this challenge,the European Data Protection Board(EDPB)has issued the Guidelines on Personal Date Protection for Intelligent Connected Vehicles,which analyzes the potential data security risks in connected vehicles and puts forward detailed strategies to address them,setting a new benchmark for the industry's regulation and accountability.It is of great significance for China to build and improve the personal data protection system of the Internet of vehicles by deeply studying and drawing lessons from the highlights of the Guidelines and examining its possible omissions from multiple perspectives.
