Comparative Analysis and Prediction of TCO for Different Technological Routes of Tractors
In recent years, the conflict of various international issues has led to the long-term high oil price, the slowdown of infrastructure and the decline of transportation demand. At the same time, under the national dual-carbon policy, new energy vehicles with different technical routes have ushered in rapid development and other opportunities. Therefore, the commercial vehicle logistics and transportation industry is faced with complex challenges such as the conversion of old and new kinetic energy, excess transport capacity, and downward freight rate.Users will pay more attention to the TCO(full life cycle cost)of the vehicle when choosing a vehicle. As an important tool of logistics transportation, the technical route selection of tractor has an important impact on transportation efficiency and cost.Based on transport vehicles of different technical routes, this paper constructs a life-cycle cost analysis model focusing on acquisition cost, use cost, maintenance cost, residual value and environmental cost, and quantifies and compares the current and future economic calculation of tractor under different energy forms of fuel, gas, electric, hydrogen and methanol. It provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for logistics enterprises'technical route selection and operation strategy.
