面对轮毂电机在纯电动汽车上的应用及由此衍生的对车辆独立转向的需求,本文提出了一种基于轮毂电机驱动的新型主销式独立转向机构.该机构巧妙融合了小升角蜗轮蜗杆和两级螺旋斜齿轮的传动优势,提高了转向系统的可靠性和灵活性.这一设计不仅实现了轮毂电机驱动下的独立转向行驶,还将车辆的横纵向运动控制相互独立解耦,满足了纯电动汽车对先进智能控制技术的需求,以及更多非常规模式下的转向需求.
The Uptodate Design of Main-pin Independent Steering Mechanism
Facing the application of hub motor in pure electric vehicles and the derived demand for vehicle independent steering,put forward a new type of independent steering mechanism,analyzes the steering system actuator transmission characteristics and stable state,adopted the small rising corner worm and two-stage spiral inclined gear,improve the reliability and flexibility of the steering system,realize the hub motor drive and independent steering,the vehicle transverse longitudinal motion control independent decoupling,meet the demand for pure electric vehicle advanced intelligent control and more unconventional mode of steering requirements.
