摘要

汽车冲焊车桥的8 mm钢板桥壳(材质为Q355B,符合GB/T1591标准)在3000吨压机冲压成型后,桥包部位出现了翻边圆弧开裂问题.通过对人员操作、机器设备、原材料、工艺方法以及生产环境等多个方面的综合分析,并结合生产现场的实际情况,提出了针对性的改善措施以优化冲压过程,减少开裂现象.

Abstract

After stamping and forming on a 3000-ton press,cracking was observed in the flanged arc area of the bridge housing of an automotive stamped and welded axle,which was made from 8mm thick Q355B steel plate conforming to GB/T 1591 standards.This study comprehensively analyzes the issue through factors such as personnel,equipment,materials,methods,and environment,in conjunction with actual on-site production conditions.Based on the findings,specific measures are proposed to mitigate the cracking problem during the stamping process and optimize the overall production.
