本文聚焦于新媒体运营中的线上直播与短视频平台,深入探讨它们如何为卡车售后维修服务带来赋能效果.文章分析了线上直播与短视频平台在重卡售后维修服务领域中的知识传播、技能培训、客户沟通以及品牌推广等方面所发挥的独特作用,旨在揭示新媒体运营在提升卡车售后维修服务质量与效率方面的重要价值,为企业优化售后维修服务工作提供有益的参考与借鉴.

Abstract

This paper focuses on the online live broadcast and short video platforms in the operation of new media,and deeply discusses how they can bring the enabling effect to the heavy truck after-sales maintenance service.Analyzed the online live and short video platform in heavy card after-sales maintenance service knowledge dissemination,skills training,customer communication and brand promotion play a unique role,aims to reveal new media operations in improving heavy card after-sales maintenance service quality and efficiency of important value,optimize after-sales maintenance service work for enterprises to provide useful reference and reference.
