摘要

本文基于某传统燃油动力客车进行纯电动力升级,将传统燃油车型的发动机、变速器、油箱、供回油管路、排气系统以及部分传动系统更新为新型纯电车型的电动机、减速器、高压电池包、高压线束等动力元件.文章针对上述零件的更改对碰撞安全性的影响进行了评估及CAE分析,并将分析过程中识别到的问题进行原因解析、方案改进、CAE验证,使得该新型电动客车的结构碰撞安全性满足设计要求.

Abstract

This article is based on the pure electric power upgrade of a traditional fuel powered bus.The engine,gearbox,fuel tank,supply and return pipelines,exhaust system,and some transmission systems of the traditional fuel powered vehicle are updated to power components such as electric motors,reducers,high-voltage battery packs,and high-voltage wiring harnesses of the new pure electric vehicle.The impact of the changes in the above parts on collision safety is evaluated and CAE analysis is carried out.The problems identified during the analysis process are analyzed for their causes,scheme improvements,and CAE verification,so that the structural collision safety of the new electric bus meets the design requirements.
