气密性检测技术在机械加工中的应用

为满足大批量自动化生产中的质量控制需求,设计了一种断刀检测控制系统.该系统由机械工装和控制系统组成,机械工装结构简单、维护成本低且适用范围广,控制系统则兼具灵敏度和稳定性.该系统的工作原理为:刀具与机械工装接触后,通过气密检测装置将形成的压量转化为电信号,由可编程控制器(PLC)控制机床执行相应动作.经过30余天的持续批量验证,该系统能够准确检测刀具异常,及时控制机床停止加工并发出报警.检测结果显示,该控制系统完全满足自动化生产中的使用要求,对自动化线大批量加工具有重要参考价值.
Application of Air-tightness Detection Technology in Machining
To meet the quality control requirements in high-volume automated production,a broken tool detection and control system has been designed.This system consists of mechanical tooling and a control system.The mechanical tooling features a simple structure,low maintenance costs,and a wide range of applicability,while the control system combines sensitivity and stability.The working principle is as follows:When the tool comes into contact with the mechanical tooling,the resulting compression force is converted into an electrical signal by an airtight detection device,which is then used by a programmable logic controller(PLC)to control the machine tool to perform corresponding actions.After more than 30 days of continuous batch verification,the system has proven capable of accurately detecting tool abnormalities,promptly controlling the machine tool to stop processing,and issuing an alarm.The verification results indicate that this control system fully meets the operational requirements in automated production and holds significant reference value for high-volume processing on automated production lines.
