摘要

随着国内商用车技术的持续进步,商用车出口市场日益扩大.鉴于商用车动力系统功率的不断提升与非洲地区高温环境的双重影响,商用车热平衡问题已成为车辆开发的难题之一.本文提出采用串联冷却系方式,有效解决了商用车有限动力舱与无限散热需求之间的矛盾,实现了55℃环境下的热平衡,满足了热带高温地区对大功率车型的需求.

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of commercial vehicle technology in China,the export market for these vehicles has seen substantial growth.The escalating powertrain performance of commercial vehicles,combined with the extreme heat of African regions,has posed a significant challenge in achieving thermal equilibrium in vehicle development.This study introduces an innovative serial cooling system that effectively addresses the conflict between the limited space available for the powertrain compartment and the commercial vehicle's extensive heat dissipation requirements.This system ensures thermal stability at temperatures as high as 55℃,prevalent in tropical regions,thereby meeting the specifications for high-power commercial vehicles in such climates.
