Spatial distribution and fuzzy distance attenuation of tourism websites information flows
For websites information flows, the distance attenuation characteristics are more difficult to understand and to define because, unlike traditional communications information (lows, they are virtual and more complex. Based on the gravity model, this paper built a distance attenuation model of the website information flows, and applied this model to a case study of 25 tourism websites wtih evaluation of the attraction coefficient and distance attenuation types. It was found that 1) there were four types of website information flows in the distance decay, the significant distance attenuation type ( α < 800) , the normal distance attenuation type (800<α<1600), the not attenuation type (1600<α<2400 ) and the inverse attenuation type (a>2400) ; and2) the tourism websites information flows were concentrated in the relative developed areas or the areas with rich tourism resources.
