直流高压电源在制造及使用的过程中经常由于放电打火产生突变输出而损坏电源内部器件,进而造成频繁的维修更换.为解决这一问题,设计了一种用于直流高压电源的放电打火保护电路,可通过互感原理检测电源电路中出现的放电打火故障,并由保护电路产生放电打火信号,使可控硅与继电器工作,通过减法器电路实现高压电源输出的突变抑制,从而使得高压电源输出维持在安全电压值,并且可通过继电器调节抑制持续时间,时间结束后电压自动恢复到初始设定值.结果表明,放电打火检测装置电路结构合理、灵敏可靠,在实现放电打火保护功能的同时满足自恢复要求,为电源电路系统的安全运行提供了有力保障.
Design of a discharge ignition protection circuit
In the process of manufacturing and use of DC high-voltage power supply,the internal devices of the power supply are often damaged by the abrupt output caused by the discharge ignition,and then the frequent maintenance and replacement are caused.In order to solve this problem,a discharge ignition protection circuit for DC high-voltage power supply is designed in this paper,the circuit detects the discharge ignition fault in the power supply circuit through the mutual inductance principle,and generates the ignition signal through the protection circuit.The thyristor is turned on and the relay works.The subtraction circuit is used to realize the mutation suppression of the high-voltage power supply output,so that the high-voltage power supply output is maintained at the safe voltage value.The suppression duration can be adjusted by the relay,and the voltage can be automatically restored to the initial set value after the time is over.The experimental results show that the discharge ignition detection device is sensitive,and the circuit meets the self-recovery requirements while realizing the discharge ignition protection function.The circuit structure is reasonable,sensitive and reliable,which provides an effective guarantee for the safe operation of the power supply circuit system.
