目的 分析化妆品成分检测与分析技术在美容美发产品中的应用.方法 采用荧光检测法、高效液相色谱分析方法、质液联用分析方法,对于美容美发产品当中的违规物质进行成分检测.结果 荧光检测法、高效液相色谱分析方法、质液联用分析方法回收率为 90.5%～110.6%,相对标准偏差(Relative Standard Deviation,RSD)小于等于 4.3%.结论 研究认为,针对不同产品当中的违规成分,合理的检测操作与分析可以取得较好的效果.荧光检测法、高效液相色谱分析方法、质液联用分析方法具备良好的重现性与精密度.
Objective To analyze the application of cosmetics component detection and analysis technology in beauty and hair products.Methods Fluorescence detection,high performance liquid chromatography and mass liquid combined analysis were used to detect the illegal substances in beauty products.Results The recoveries of fluorescence detection,high performance liquid chromatography and mass liquid combined analysis were 90.5%～110.6%,and the RSB was less than or equal to 4.3%.Conclusion According to the study,reasonable detection operation and analysis can obtain better results for the illegal ingredients in different products.The fluorescence detection method,high performance liquid chromatography method and mass liquid combined analysis method have good reproducibility and precision.
