目的 解决玻璃瓶中低含量氧化硼(B2O3≤1.1%)的检测.方法 玻璃瓶经淬火、研磨制备成细粉状,干燥后用硝酸-氢氟酸湿法分解,盐酸浸取制备待测溶液,等离子体发射光谱仪检测玻璃中的氧化硼.结果 分析结果与氢氧化钾熔融待测液的测得结果相吻合,且与设计配方一致,满足生产工艺要求.结论 建立一种用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法简便、快速、准确、精密度好地测定玻璃瓶中氧化硼(需B2O3≤1.1%)的方法.
Objective To solve the detection of low content boron oxide(B2O3≤1.1%)in glass bottles.Methods The glass bottle was quenched and ground into fine powder,dried,decomposed by nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid wet method,leached by hydrochloric acid to prepare the solution to be tested,and boron oxide in the glass was detected by plasma emission spectrometer.Results The analysis results are consistent with the measured results of potassium hydroxide melting the solution to be tested,and the design formula is consistent,which meets the production process requirements.Conclusion A simple,rapid,accurate and precise method for the determination of boron oxide(B2O3≤1.1%)in glass bottles is established.
