摘要
目的 对不同产地广山楂的质量进行测定,为科学制订广山楂药材质量标准提供依据.方法 根据《中国药典》2015 年版四部通则对不同产地的广山楂进行显微及薄层色谱鉴别;对水分、灰分浸出物进行检测.结果 不同产地广山楂质量存在一定的差异.结论 通过对广山楂的显微和薄层鉴别及指标成分的检测,可作为控制广山楂药材质量控制的标准.
Abstract
Objective To determine the quality of broad hawthorn from different origins and provide a basis for scientifically formulating quality standards for hawthorn medicinal materials.Method According to the General Principles of the Four Parts of the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,microscopic and thin-layer chromatography identification was performed on hawthorn from different origins;Detect moisture and ash extracts.Result There are certain differences in the quality of hawthorn from different regions.Conclusion The microscopic and thin-layer identification of hawthorn and the detection of its indicator components can serve as a standard for controlling the quality of hawthorn medicinal materials.
