Abstract
Continuous improvement and quality assurance in laboratories are two crucial aspects of laboratory management,which complement and are inseparable.This article delves into the concepts,methods,and roles of the two,revealing their importance and interrelationship in laboratory management by analyzing successful and failed cases.Quality assurance plays multiple roles in the laboratory,including ensuring the accuracy and reliability of experimental results,improving experimental repeatability and consistency,risk management and error prevention,and promoting continuous improvement.Continuous improvement is the continuation of quality assurance,by constantly seeking optimization,improving efficiency,and introducing innovation,enabling laboratories to adapt to constantly changing needs and technological environments.Based on case analysis,we have drawn a series of conclusions that emphasize the importance of continuous improvement and quality assurance in the laboratory,as well as the foundation they jointly lay for the stable operation and continuous progress of the laboratory.
