Objective This study aims to investigate the impact of laboratory personnel training and skill enhancement on quality management.Methods By analyzing key elements of laboratory quality management,it emphasizes the importance of standard operating procedures(SOPs),quality control(QC)and assurance(QA)measures,and highlights the necessity of professional training and ethical education.Results Utilizing a case study from a pharmacokinetics laboratory in Shanghai,the research finds that targeted training programs significantly improve the accuracy of experimental data,reduce variability,and enhance research quality.Conclusion The results underscore the critical role of systematic training and skill development in achieving effective quality management,making a significant contribution to the advancement of scientific research.
