高校大型仪器设备开放共享机制构建与实践

摘要
大型仪器设备是高校开展高水平科研及卓越人才培养的关键基础平台.推进大型仪器设备开放共享,提高仪器使用效率,是大型仪器设备管理的工作重点.本文结合中南大学大型仪器设备运行管理实际,构建了开放共享机制,包括建设校级公共平台,推进集中集约管理;优化共享服务平台,推动服务模式转变;强化仪器考核评价,注重考核结果运用;加强人才队伍建设,调动实验人员积极性等.
Abstract
Large instruments and equipment provide an important material foundation for teaching,research and talent cultivation in universities.Promoting the open sharing of large instruments and equipment and improving the efficiency of instrument use is the focus of large instrument and equipment management.The paper combines the practice of Central South University to build an open sharing mechanism,including the construction of university-level public platform to promote centralized and intensive management;optimize the shared service platform to promote the transformation of service mode;strengthen the assessment and evaluation of instruments,focusing on the use of assessment results;strengthen the construction of talent team to mobilize the enthusiasm of experimental personnel.
