摘要

目的 评定高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定玉米中噻虫嗪含量的不确定度.方法 采用GB/T 20770-2008《粮谷中 486 种农药及相关化学品残留量的测定液相色谱-串联质谱法》方法,建立数学模型,计算各来源对其检测的不确定度影响,从而得出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度.结果 对于噻虫嗪质量分数为0.282 mg/kg的玉米样品,其扩展不确定度为0.041 mg/kg(P=95%,k=2).结论 影响检测结果的不确定度主要来源为试样溶液的测定.

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the uncertainty in the determination of thiamethoxam content in corn by high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Methods According to GB/T 20770-2008 Determination of 486 Pesticides and Related Chemicals Residues in Grains-Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry method,by establishing a mathematical model,the sources of uncertainty were analyzed and the effects of different sources were measured and calculated.Results Forthe corn samples with a mass fraction of 0.282 mg/kg of thiamethoxam,the extended uncertainty was 0.041 mg/kg(P=95%,k=2).Conclusion The main source of uncertainty affecting the test result is the determination of sample solution.
