摘要

目的 通过多种渠道采集北京市内的花生和黄豆,测定其中 26 种金属元素的含量.方法 采用微波消解法对样品进行预处理,并用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定其中 26 种金属元素的含量.结果 26 种元素检出限及线性范围均可达到检测要求,相关系数均在0.9980以上,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.1%~6.8%范围内,平均回收率范围在 88.8%~108.7%范围内.总体来说黄豆中K、Ca、Fe的含量远远超过了花生,普通黄豆中的Al大幅高于有机黄豆,红皮花生的Fe高于白皮花生较多.对于有食品安全国家标准的Pb、Cd、Cr未出现超标情况.结论 通过该方法可以有效地用于花生和黄豆中26种金属元素含量的测定.

Abstract

Objective Collect peanuts and soybeans in Beijing through various channels,determine the content of 26 metal elements among them.Methods The sample is pre-processed by using a microwave to eliminate the sample,the content of 26 metal elements was determined by inductive coupling plasma body constituent.Results The detection limit and linear range of 26 elements can meet the detection requirements,the correlation coefficients are above 0.9980 or more,relative standard deviation(RSD)in the range of 1.1%to 6.8%,the average recovery rate is within the range of 88.8%to 108.7%.In general the content of K,Ca,and Fe in soybeans far exceeds peanuts,Al in ordinary soybeans is significantly higher than organic soybeans,the Fe of red peanut peanuts is higher than white peanut peanuts.Pb,Cd,Cr with national standards of food safety have not exceeded the standard.Conclusion Through this method,it can be effectively used for the measurement of 26 metal elements in peanuts and soybeans.
