摘要
目的 探究空腹血糖与糖化血红蛋白联合检测在糖尿病诊治中的临床意义.方法 选取我院 2023 年 1 月至 2024 年 1 月体检健康者 50 例作为对照组,另选取我院同期收治的糖尿病患者 50 例作为观察组.对比两组空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平及口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)给糖 2 h后血糖检测结果、联合检测及单种检测的结果,以及观察组HbA1c与FPG相关性.结果 观察组OGTT给糖 2 h血糖水平、HbA1c及FPG均高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组HbA1c与FPG为正相关(r=0.608,P<0.05).HbA1c、FPG联合检测的特异度、灵敏度及准确度均优于单项检测(P<0.05).结论 HbA1c、FPG联合检测对糖尿病的诊断准确度高,减少误诊及漏诊率,可加快确诊糖尿病,有利于早期治疗,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical significance of the combined detection of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes.Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,50 healthy people in our hospital were selected as the control group,and 50 diabetes patients in our hospital at the same time were selected as the observation group.Compare the fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels,HbA1c,FPG,and oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)blood glucose test results,combined and single test results after 2 hours of OGTT glucose administration,as well as the correlation between HbA1c and FPG in the observation group.Results The blood glucose levels,HbA1c,and FPG of the observation group after 2 hours of OGTT administration were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group showed a positive correlation between HbA1c and FPG(r=0.608,P<0.05).The specificity,sensitivity,and accuracy of HbA1c and FPG combined detection are superior to single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of HbA1c and FPG has high diagnostic accuracy for diabetes,reduces the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,can speed up the diagnosis of diabetes,is conducive to early treatment,and is worth promoting.
