In order to reveal distribution characteristics of soil organic nitrogen components in different soil layers of apple-pear orchard,we mined soil profile in apple-pear orchard of Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Yanbian of Jilin Province, collected soil samples from different soil genetic horizon, and analyzed each component content of organic nitrogen in different layers of each soil profile. Results showed that contents of organic nitrogen components in wasteland were larger than those in apple-pear orchard soil within same soil layer,so as to the ammonia sugar N and non hydrolysable N.The contents of soil total acid hydrolysable N,non hydrolysable N and different organic nitrogen components showed a downward trend along with increasing depth of soil layer in apple-pear orchard and wasteland ; The proportion of each organic nitrogen components accounting for total nitrogen was different, and the percentage of ammonia N and amino acid N accounting for total nitrogen were higher among hydrolysable organic nitrogen components, especially the percentage of ammonia N accounting for total nitrogen was the highest.Ammonia N and amino acid N nitrogen were the most important forms of organic nitrogen in apple-pear orchard soil of Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Yanbian. Results supplemented nitrogen cycle research in orchard soil of North China.
