高校实验室安全管理特点及发展趋势浅析

摘要
高校实验室种类多、范围广,高校实验室安全事故的社会影响大,因此,实验室安全管理是高校管理工作的一项重要内容.虽然不同国家和地区高校在实验室安全管理上存在一些差异,但都将预防作为安全工作的基础,将个人作为安全工作的主体.学习不同国家和地区高校的实验室安全管理,有助于发现实验室安全管理的共同点,即实验室安全管理工作的基础,并将其与实际经验相结合,提出建设校园安全文化、加强实验室安全管理人员队伍专业化、调动校内安全环保资源、研究实验室安全管理新模式等建议.
Abstract
Laboratories in universities both are large in number and vary in different research fields,in addition,the social influence of accident that happens in laboratories is larger.These characteristics make laboratory safety management be an important part of university management.Differences in laboratory safety management do exist in different regions and countries,however,prevention is commonly considered as the fundamental task of safety management,and individual is regarded as the main body of safety management.Studying laboratory safety management of different regions and countries may help to summarize the common points of laboratory safety management,which is also the basic work of laboratory safety management.Combining these common points with some practice experiences,suggestions are given.Building the campus safety culture,enhancing the specialization of laboratory safety management staff,as well as mobilizing the campus safety and environmental protection resources,along with exploring new model of laboratory safety management are the main points of suggestions.
