Constructing a Practical Teaching System with Focus of Cultivating Creative Scientists and Technicians
To cultivate students' innovation spirit, innovation consciousness and innovation ability is the key to the reform of higher education, and is also the requirement of implementation of scientific outlook on development and the demand of building an innovative country.For the students with major of engineering application, practice teaching can not only train their ability of practice, but also cultivate them innovation consciousness and ability.The water treatment specialty, applied chemistry major of Shanghai University of Electric Power initiates the reform of the teaching system which takes the core of cultivating innovative engineering and technical talent.A practice teaching system is constructed, it greatly improves the engineering practice ability and innovation ability of science and technology.
