合适的激光粒度分析仪测试条件对于粒径分布数据的准确性至关重要.对比不同粒径粉末在欧美克LS-909激光粒度分析仪、SCF-105B湿法进样器中的测试结果并进行分析.结果表明,对于小于1 μm的粉末样品,建议超声60 min以上,遮光率选择5%~8%,泵速选择2 000~3 000 r/min;对于几十μm的粉末样品,可不超声,遮光率选择10%~15%,泵速选择1 500~2 500 r/min;对于几百μm的样品,建议不超声,遮光率选择10%~20%,泵速选择2 500~3 500 r/min.在以上条件下测得的数据可靠且重复性高.
The Effect of Test Conditions on the Particle Size Distribution Analysis in the Laser Particle Size Analyzer
Appropriate testing conditions of laser particle size analyzer are very important for the accuracy of particle size distribution data.Powders with different particle sizes were tested under different test conditions,based on the OMEC LS-909 laser particle size analyzer and SCF-105B wet sample injector.It was found that the sample with particle size less than 1 μm,is recommended to ultrasound for more than 60 minutes,with a shading rate of 5%~8%,and a pump speed of 2 000~3 000 r/min.However,for the sample with several tens of micrometers,ultrasound is not necessary.An appropriate testing condition is the shading rate of 10%~15%with pump speed of 1 500~2 500 r/min.For the sample with a few hundred microns,ultrasound is not necessary,the testing condition should be a shading rate of 10%~20%,and a pump speed of 2 500~3 500 r/min.The test results are reliable and repeatable under the above conditions.
