Review and Analysis the Construction and Development of the State Key Laboratories in the Field of Medicine
The state Key Laboratory is an important part of the national innovation system.We review and analyze the background and history of the state key laboratories in medicine field.We take the State Key Laboratory of Molecular Oncology as an example and study the background,development status,operation management and other aspects of the construction to compare with the Frederick National Cancer Research Laboratory in the United States.Furthermore,we discuss the difference and deep reason of the operating mechanism between the two laboratories.We look forward to the future development of the state key laboratory in order to provide a reference for the strategic development of the state key laboratories.
