Continuous Improvement of the First-class Course of Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching Program
Taking the national level project of virtual simulation experiment course"Orchid Plant Pollination and Protection"as the object,the content of project was optimized and improved from three aspects,i.e.,knowledge connotation,evaluation system and information technology.The original project content was supplemented from three aspects,i.e.,the morphological structure of orchid plants,habitat selection,and pollination strategy of orchids.By combining refined virtual operations,online assessment,and offline assessment,the overall learning effectiveness of students is evaluated throughout the teaching process.By using new information technology,live display and interactive operation,real-time switching with aerial point panoramic habitat,immersive experience of the habitat characteristics of orchids,the teaching effect was enhanced.It may provide a good example for the improvement of virtual simulation teaching project of botany course.
