Experimental Teaching Design of Perovskite Semiconductors and Their Photovoltaic Devices under Virtual Simulation Environment
Through the simulation calculation of the physical properties of perovskite materials and the simulation of the preparation and performance characterization of perovskite solar cells in a virtual scene,the relationship between the perovskite components and crystal structure,energy band,and the device preparation process are presented visually and vividly to overcome shortcomings of traditional teaching theory that is not deep and practical operation is difficult.It also enables students to contact large precision equipment for frontier research,and master the structure activity relationship of perovskite photovoltaic materials and the design and evaluation of related devices.This virtual simulation experiment system is open to undergraduates,postgraduates and enterprises related to the photovoltaic industry,and has been widely praised.
