微流控创新实验设计与仿真实践

目前微流控技术是多学科交叉的研究热点,在生物检测和化学分析等领域发挥着重要作用.建立了 一套微流控实验研究与分析系统,该系统基于开源流体力学软件OpenFOAM对实验结果进行机理分析.通过两相流控制实验演示和仿真实践,有效拓展了传统实验教学场景,丰富了实验教学形式.分析了液滴破碎与4种离散相流型转变的机理,探讨了液滴的数字化控制规律,有效降低了液滴形成的不稳定性与不确定性.
Experimental Design and Simulation Practice of Microfluidics
The research of microfluidics is a multidisciplinary and innovative hotspot,and plays an important role in fields such as bioassay and chemical analysis.A system for microfluidic experimental research and analysis is established in this paper,it is based on the open-source fluid dynamics software OpenFOAM to analyze the mechanism of the experimental results.The experimental demonstration and simulation of two-phase flow control not only effectively expands the traditional experimental teaching scene and enriches the experimental teaching form,but also analyzes the mechanism of the droplet breakage and pattern transformation of four discrete phase flows so as to obtain the digital control law of the droplet,which can effectively reduce the instability and uncertainty of droplet formation.
