Exploration and Practice on Quantitative Assessment of Experimental Technology Teams in Universities in the New Era
Building a high-level experimental team is an essential part of first-class teaching staff,and a strong support for ensuring the high-quality development of the univeristy.The disciplinary scope of laboratory work is large,and the work content is complex and difficult to be quantified.There are errors and omissions in job assessments,and the targeted and motivational nature of assessments need to be strengthened.In recent years,China University of Mining and Technology is actively promoting the reform of the experimental technical team,refining the role of the post,quantifying the work content,exploring the construction of a quantitative assessment and evaluation system,organically integrating quantitative assessment and career development.It has achieved certain results.
