Research on the Construction of Large-scale Instruments Sharing Culture in Universities
The universities is an important unit in the service system of large-scale scientific research instruments.Theoretical research on the construction of instrument sharing culture can promote the development of instrument sharing from the perspective of ideology.This paper expounds the significance of instrument sharing culture construction in ideology construction,brand building and interactive communication,and analyzes three basic principles for the construction of instrument sharing culture,i.e.,the coordination of constraint and incentive,the combination of universality and particularity,and the unity of external and internal.Furthermore,four measures are proposed to systematically promote the construction of instrument sharing culture.They are establishing and propagating the idea of instrument sharing,emphasizing and cultivating the quality of instrument sharing team,exerting and gathering the force of instrument sharing policy,building and creating instrument sharing atmosphere.The construction may provide new development impetus for instrument sharing.
