Research on the Risk Prevention and Control Mechanism of University Government Procurement Social Agency Based on SWOT Analysis Method
Introducing social agency agencies into university government procurement behavior can help standardize the university government procurement process and improve procurement efficiency.However,due to the unique procurement needs of universities,as well as the multiple principal-agent relationships between social agencies and universities,it is easy to cause information inequality in the procurement process,increase the risk of rent-seeking and corruption in the procurement process.This paper uses SWOT to analyze the relationship between universities and social agencies by starting from constraining and regulating the behavior of agency agencies,and establishing entry thresholds and dynamic management mechanisms,strengthening the main responsibility of purchasers,reducing procurement risks caused by information gaps.It can promote healthy competition among social agencies,and improve the efficiency of financial fund utilization.
