基于虚实结合实验平台的控制类综合实验课程建设

以控制类综合实验课程为基础,构建多层次的实验教学内容,并提出了基于虚拟仿真实验环境与便携式综合实验集成实验箱进行实验验证的虚实结合的实验教学模式.控制类综合实验内容以加热铜块和直流伺服电动机为被控对象,利用Keil μVision4 集成环境与Visual Studio2012 加载Measurement Studio工具箱完成代码编写,根据Matlab/Simulink对被控对象进行模型辨识与仿真分析完成控制器参数的设计.同时建立一套完整的课程考核体系,学生以小组形式充分利用线上与线下的时间、集中与分散的场地灵活地进行数据采集、代码调试、算法设计和实际操控以完成整个实验课程内容.
Establishment of Control Comprehensive Experiment Curriculum Based on Virtuality and Reality Combination Platform
A multi-level experimental teaching method is constructed on the basis of the content of the controlled integrated experiment course,and a virtual-real experimental teaching model is proposed,which is based on the virtual simulation experimental environment and the portable integrated experiment box.In the control experiment,heated copper block and DC servo motor are used as controlled objects.Keil μVision4 integrated environment and Visual Studio2012 are used to load Measurement Studio toolbox to complete the code writing.Matlab/Simulink,is used to identify model of the controlled object and simulation results,and complete the design of controller parameters.At the same time,a complete course assessment system is established.Students can make full use of online and offline time and centralized and scattered sites in the form of groups to flexibly carry out data collection,code debugging,algorithm design and actual manipulation to complete the entire experimental course content.
