Construction of Integrated Teaching System of Experimental Biochemistry for Undergraduate and Graduate Students
The experimental biochemistry is a core course for undergraduate and postgraduate students in biology-related disciplines.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the teaching of experimental biochemistry,several strategies have been taken to reconstruct and optimize the course content,teaching process,teaching method and evaluation system,such as formulating the gradient experimental course content of validation-comprehensive-exploratory,reinforcing the pre-study before the class and consolidation after the class,adopting the teaching methods of blending and case study,and constructing the diversified evaluation system of the course with a closed-loop feedback,etc.The implementation of these strategies improves the learning outcomes.
