基于正逆向设计结合的3D打印实践教学

以装配体零件为载体,以正逆向设计结合为思想,以项目式教学为依托的3D打印实践教学项目,引导学生自主创新,注重产品质量.实践过程中部分零件采用正向设计并打印制作成型,其余零件则采用逆向设计并打印制作成型,组装获得完整装配体.教学实施效果表明,实践环节中的产品废品率显著下降,同时学生的课堂参与度显著提升.基于正逆向设计结合的教学方法突破传统的 3D打印实践教学思路,锻炼了学生项目管理、自主创新、主动思考解决问题等综合能力,贯彻落实了学生质量观意识的培养.
3D Printing Practical Teaching Based on Combination of Forward and Reverse Design
A 3D printing practical teaching project based on assembly parts as the carrier,the combination of forward and reverse design as the idea,and the project-teaching as the basis is developed to guide students to innovate independently and pay attention to product quality.In the practical process,some parts are designed forward and printed to form,while the remaining parts are designed backward and printed to form.At last,all parts are assembled to obtain a complete assembly model.The teaching implementation effect shows that the product scrap rate in the practical process has significantly decreased,while the students'classroom participation has significantly increased.The teaching method based on the combination of forward and reverse design breaks through the traditional teaching approach of 3D printing practice.It can exercise students'comprehensive abilities such as project management,independent innovation and proactive problem-solving,and implement the cultivation of students'quality awareness.
