Research on Emergency Response Mechanisms for Environmental Emergencies in Universities
In view of the difficulties in environmental risk management and control in universities,the weak foundation for emergency treatment and the lag in the filing of emergency plans for environmental emergencies,this paper analyzes the difficulties in the construction of emergency plans for environmental emergencies in universities and the reasons for the lag in the filing and combines the successful experience in the formulation and filing of emergency plans for environmental emergencies in a university in Hunan Province.To explore the implementation path of the emergency response mechanism and plan system of environmental emergencies in universities.Specific norms and implementation processes are proposed from the aspects of the establishment of emergency organizations,early warning classification,early warning release process,emergency response procedure,emergency support and emergency supervision and management of environmental emergencies.It has certain guiding and referential significance and good social popularization value for the construction of the emergency plan system of environmental emergencies in universities.
