高校电学基础教学实验室配置大量电学仪器设备,由于实验课时饱满,缺乏时间进行大规模测试维护,导致故障实验设备的存在,从而影响实验效果.利用实验设备的程控和通信功能,结合互联网技术和自动控制技术,提出一种智慧实验设备管理方法.根据功能属性对实验设备进行分类配对,配对仪器设备通过自检和互检,及时发现问题设备,保证实验教学的顺利进行.经过测试应用,可以在较短时间内完成实验设备测试维护,大幅提高管理效率,具有良好的可行性和实用性.
Research on Intelligent Management of Experimental Equipment
There are a large number of electrical instruments and equipment in the basic electrical teaching laboratories.Due to the full experimental hours,there is a lack of time for large-scale testing and maintenance,which results in the presence of faulty experimental equipment and affects the experimental results.By utilizing the program control and communication functions of experimental equipments,combining with internet technology and automatic control technology,a smart experimental equipment management method is proposed.The experimental equipment is classified and paired according to the functional attributes,and the problem equipment can be found timely through self-check and mutual check,so as to ensure the smooth progress of experimental teaching.After the test application,it can complete the test and maintenance of experimental equipment in a short time,greatly improve the management efficiency,and has good feasibility and practicability.
