Design and Implementation of Polarization Current Measurement Device for Double-layer Dielectric Interface
The polarization phenomenon of interface interlayer is an important knowledge point in high-voltage technology,in order to make students better understand the measurement of polarization current of double-layer dielectrics interface,we make a set of polarization current measurement device(polarization and depolarization current measurement device).Based on the principle of polarization and depolarization current test,we independently design a picoammeter for wireless data transmission,and programmable high-voltage DC power which holds capable of outputting 0-5 kV and an upper computer control program for analyzing and displaying data.Then the measurement experiment of polarization current is developed for double-layer dielectric on this device.It has proved that the device solves the problems that is not easy to measure the polarization current of the double-layer interface and the students are difficult to understand.The experiment closely connectis teaching and practical engineering problems.It plays an important role in cultivating students'scientific research thinking and problem-solving abilities.
