直流电动机与控制系统创新实验设计

传统电动机与自控实验多以电动机成品为实验对象,其结构封闭且参数未知,学生难以认知电动机并进行控制系统建模、分析与设计.因此提出设计直流电动机实验,完成电动机参数测量和建模分析,设计闭环调速控制系统,详细给出硬件电路和软件设计,完成控制系统测试与分析.实验结果表明,所设计的直流电动机与控制系统创新实验可实现转速闭环控制,有助于培养学生科学探究能力.
DC Motor and Control System Innovation Experimental Design
Traditional motor and automation experiments mostly use finished motors with closed structure and unknown parameters,which makes it difficult for students to recognize motors and model,analyze and design control systems.Therefore,an actual DC motor is manufactured in the experiment.Then,motor parameter measurement and modeling analysis are completed,moreover the closed-loop speed control system is designed.The detailed hardware circuit and software design are presented.And finally the control system testing and analysis are completed.The experimental results show that the designed DC motor and control system innovation experimental can realize the closed-loop control of speed,which helps to cultivate students'scientific inquiry ability.
