机器人专业新型人才培养模式的探索与实践

分析了当前机器人专业人才培养所面临的各类问题,提出了一种"多维协同、层次递进"人才培养模式,并围绕建立"四维度、三层次"贯通式培养体系,突出需求导向、强化学科交叉、搭建创新实践平台设计了与其相适应的支撑体系,分析了该培养模式的实施成效.实践表明:机器人专业新型人才培养模式的实施成效显著,可为其他学科专业人才培养提供借鉴和参考.
Exploration and Practice of a New Talent Cultivation Model for Robot Major
Based on the current situation of talent cultivation in robot industry,the problems faced by the cultivation model of robot major are analyzed,and a talent cultivation mode of"multi-dimensional collaborative and hierarchical progressive"is proposed.A supporting system is designed around four aspects of establishing a"four dimensional,three level"successive cultivation system.It highlights demand orientation,strengthening interdisciplinary intersection,and building innovative practice platforms.Finally,the implementation effectiveness and achievements of the new talent cultivation model are discussed.It fully proves the advantages of the new talent cultivation model,and also serves as a reference for talent cultivation in other disciplines.
