Analysis on the Development Mode of China's New R & D Institutions in the New Era
The new R&D institution is an important part of China's innovation system.This paper analyzes the new trends of new R&D institutions in China,constructs an innovation ecosystem model based on the theory of innovation ecosystem,proposes the spectrum of future development forms of new R&D institutions,and clarifies the internal logic of their diversified development.The results show that the diversified forms of new R&D institutions are the external manifestation of China's unbalanced regional development and the natural evolution to meet the needs of the new development stage.Many forms are always and will always coexist.Finally,policy recommendations for the high-quality and sustainable development of new R&D institutions in China are put forward.The conclusion provides inspiration for the construction and development of new R&D institutions in the new era,and helps to improve the overall effectiveness of China's innovation system.
