建立校级实验室安全年度考核机制是落实教育部对高等学校建立健全实验室安全管理奖惩机制要求的重要手段.通过构建学校实验室安全年度考核指标体系、量化实验室安全管理评价要素、优化考核工作实施流程、强化考评结果运用和反馈,学校可较好地客观评价二级单位实验室安全管理工作状况;通过建立合理的奖励机制,对管理优秀、贡献突出或取得进步的二级单位实施奖励,激励二级单位持续改进实验室安全管理工作.对中山大学连续5年的实验室安全年度考核实践进行总结,为完善高校实验室安全管理体系建设和提升管理服务水平提供参考.
Exploration and Practice of Annual Assessment and Evaluation Mechanism on Laboratory Safety Management in University
Developing a laboratory safety evaluation system is crucial for adhering to the Ministry of Education's guidelines regarding lab safety in higher education institutions.We have established a system that incorporates rewards and penalties to ensure effective implementation.Through this evaluation system,institutes can objectively assess the management of laboratory safety in different secondary units.The system quantifies evaluation elements,streamlines the assessment process,and improves the feedback and implementation of evaluation results.It enables the recognition and reward of secondary units that demonstrate exemplary management,exceptional contributions,or notable progress,thereby fostering continuous improvement.Drawing from Sun Yat-Sen University's five-year experience in conducting annual laboratory safety evaluations,this system serves as a valuable reference for constructing new lab safety management systems and enhancing management services in higher education institutions.
