Exploration and Practice on the Open Sharing of Large-scale Instruments in Municipal Universities
The large instrument plays a crucial role in cultivating high-level talents,enhancing scientific research and innovation capabilities in universities.Therefore,promoting the open sharing and improving the efficiency of large-scale instruments becomes a common concern for regulatory departments and universities at all levels.This article points out a series of problems in the open sharing of large-scale instruments in municipal universities,and deeply analyzes the root causes of these problems.By taking a series of measures such as strengthening top-level design,exerting assessment effectiveness,strengthening basic engineering,deepening management models,and ensuring service guarantees,a set of open and shared management system for large-scale instruments throughout the entire lifecycle that is in line with municipal universities is constructed.It greatly improves the effectiveness of open and shared management.This provides a scientific theoretical basis and feasible implementation plan for governments and universities at all levels in the open and shared management of large-scale instruments.
