Resilience Evaluation of University Chemical Laboratories Safety Based on C-OWA and Cloud Model
In order to explore a new paradigm of safety research in university chemical laboratories,a safety resilience evaluation method is proposed by introducing safety resilience theory into the safety research of university chemical laboratories.Firstly, the concept of safety resilience of university chemical laboratories is defined, and an evaluation index system with four safety resilience characteristic elements of stability, redundancy, efficiency and fitness is constructed as the core.Secondly, the index weights are calculated based on the ordered weighted average C-OWA operator, and the evaluation level of each safety resilience characteristic element and safety resilience is obtained by cloud model theory. Finally, the method is applied to the laboratories in the laboratory building of the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of a university in Wuhan, and the results show that the laboratory stability level of the laboratory building is"better(level Ⅳ)",the redundancy level is"medium(level Ⅲ)",and the efficiency level is"better(level Ⅳ)",fitness level is"medium(level Ⅲ)",overall safety resilience level is"better(level Ⅳ)".The evaluation results match with the reality, and the methodology and results have certain reference significance for improving the safety status of university chemical laboratories.
