Design of Electrochemical Device Based on the Structure of Hollow Fiber Membrane
The structural detection methods of hollow fiber membranes mainly include the scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy, which have some disadvantages such as high detection cost and inconvenient operation.A simple hollow fiber membrane detection system based on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)was designed. The hollow fiber membranes were firstly fabricated and characterized by scanning electron microscopy. Then, based on the membrane structure, the EIS detection device was designed, the feasibility of different electrode materials, the effect of the length of different electrodes, and the EIS results of hollow fibers with different structures were analyzed. Finally, the effectiveness of the hollow fiber membrane electrochemical detection device was proved.
