摘要
为开展卓越工程科技人才培养,基于气固流态化专业实验分析,研制了 一套循环流化床气固流态化实验平台.该平台包括多功能循环流化床实验装置和配套测量系统.实验装置主体由有机玻璃制成,分为颗粒内循环回路和颗粒外循环回路.通过改变颗粒回路中的操作条件可观测流型转变和流化速度对床层压降的影响并进行颗粒循环回路压力测试、颗粒质量浓度分析等实验,同时测量系统可对实验过程中压力及颗粒浓度数据进行实时采集.本实验平台实验数据可为循环流化床故障诊断和工业生产提供参考.
Abstract
Based on the professional experimental analysis of gas-solid fluidization,a set of circulating fluidized bed gas-solid fluidization experimental platform was developed and built.The platform includes a multi-functional circulating fluidized bed experimental device and a supporting measurement system.The main body of the experimental device is made of transparent plexiglas,which is divided into the internal particle circulation loop and the external particle circulation loop.By changing the operating conditions in the particle circuit loop,experiments can be carried out to observe the transformation of the flow pattern,the influence of the fluidization velocity on the pressure drop of the bed layer,the pressure test of the particle circulation loop and the analysis of the concentration of the particles are carried out.At the same time,the measurement system can collect real-time data of the pressure and the particle concentration in the experimental process.The experimental data of this experimental platform can provide reference for the fault diagnosis of circulating fluidized bed and industrial production.
