Design of Virtual Simulation Experiment for the Whole Lifecycle Treatment and Disposal of Hazardous Waste
To address the difficulty of conducting practical teaching on hazardous waste treatment and disposal in laboratories,a virtual simulation experimental system for the entire process of hazardous wastes is designed and implemented.The system consists of five modules and twenty operational steps,including hazardous waste classification and collection,centralized storage and safe transportation,plan development,treatment and disposal,and reduction of pollution and carbon.The 3D modeling,human-computer interaction and other technologies have been adopted to achieve the entire process of experimental operation from source,process to terminal.The concept of experimental design is task driven and problem oriented,and it integrates ideology and politics into the curriculum,which can cultivate students'comprehensive innovative and practical ability,as well as scientific literacy in low-carbon and environmental protection.As a core experimental project of the environmental engineering major,this experiment supports the cultivation of high-level applied new engineering talents in environmental engineering.
