巷道围岩应力应变仿真系统设计与教学探索

Design and Application of Stress and Strain Simulation Teaching System for Surrounding Rock of Roadway

为了获得采动条件下巷道围岩应力应变演化特征,通过复变函数换算结合工程实践经验,运用科学计算软件编程对巷道围岩受力模型进行求解,获得巷道围岩主应力和主应力集中系数分布规律.采用MATLAB对巷道受力模型进行模拟演算,获得工程开采参数与巷道围岩应力应变的关系规律,由此设计了一种采动影响下巷道围岩应力应变模拟仿真系统.该系统可对多种巷道断面进行计算和模拟,进而呈现出多种信息仿真演示,解决了以往软件适用巷道类型单一、应力求解不具体且结果呈现单一化缺点,可为回采巷道支护设计提供相应的理论依据,有利于矿山工程技术人员及实验室技术人员开展模拟仿真教学.
In order to obtain the stress and strain evolution characteristics of roadway surrounding rock under mining conditions,the stress model of roadway surrounding rock is solved by using scientific calculation software programming through complex variable function conversion combined with engineering practice experience,and the distribution law of main stress,and main stress concentration coefficient of roadway surrounding rock is obtained.MATLAB is used to simulate and calculate the stress model of roadway,obtain the relationship between engineering mining parameters and rock stress and strain of roadway,and explore and design a simulation system of stress and strain of roadway surrounding rock under the influence of mining.The system can calculate and simulate a variety of roadway sections,and then present a variety of information simulation demonstration,and the effect is applicable to a variety of roadway types,the solution form is novel and unique,the stress solution is sufficiently specific and the results are diversified.It solves the shortcomings of the previous software,such as single roadway type,complex solution,insufficient and concrete stress solution,and simplified results.The stress and strain evolution characteristics of roadway surrounding rock are obtained,which can provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the support design of mining roadway.The results are conducive to the work of mine engineering technicians and the simulation teaching of laboratory technicians.
