Exploration of High-efficiency Operation Mechanism of Experimental Centers in Universities
The experiment center is an important platform for teachers and students to carry out experiments and scientific research,the Experimental Center of the College of Chemistry and Materials Science of Jinan University merged the former experimental teaching center of the Department of Chemistry with the experimental teaching center of the Department of Materials.We integrate teaching resources and scientific research instruments,and manage them by the experimental center.The experimental team undertakes laboratory construction,experimental preparation,laboratory management,training and maintenance of precision instruments,etc.Teachers in the experimental series have heavy tasks,and there is a phenomenon of low efficiency in the management process.This paper discusses how to improve the operation efficiency of the center from three aspects,i.e.,teaching assistance,instrument management,and laboratory management.We then formulate an efficient operation management system to provide teachers and students with better services,and we think that a good and efficient operation mechanism can also be used as a reference for other scientific research institutes.
