摘要

以"绿叶色素的分离"为主题,贯通纸上色谱、薄层色谱和柱色谱三方面实验内容,帮助学生建立复杂物质分离分析的基本思路和基本方法.同时,引入探究性方案设计教学方法和线上线下混合式教学手段,在教学过程中融入名人大家思政教学元素,完成了基础色谱实验的综合探究性改革.经多轮课程实践验证,改革后的实验不仅培养了学生更全面掌握复杂物质分离分析的方法和技能,还促进了科研思维能力的提升.

Abstract

The authors focused on the theme of"Separation of Green Leaf Pigments"and established a basic approach to the separation and analysis of complex substances by integrating paper chromatography,thin-layer chromatography,and column chromatography.Additionally,inquiry-based instructional design methods,a blended approach combining online and offline teaching techniques,and incorporating elements of famous scholars'ideological and political education were introduced to the course.This comprehensive inquiry-based reform of basic chromatography experiments was successfully implemented.Through multiple rounds of practical implementation,the reformed experiments not only cultivate students'comprehensive mastery of methods and skills in the analysis of complex substance separation but also enhance their scientific thinking abilities.
