摘要

为缓解医学实训教育所面临的巨大压力,以腹腔镜手术——胆囊切除手术为例,基于协同虚拟现实技术研发了新型智慧手术教学平台.构建与真实手术场景高度逼真的虚拟环境、设计手术训练的翻转课堂模式、进行多人协同模拟手术的操作训练等以学生自主探究学习为核心的沉浸式空间.为进一步验证其学习效果,基于训练体验和表现开展了相应的调查问卷和实验设计分析.结果表明,该平台和模式能有效提升学员的学习兴趣和训练成效.

Abstract

To address the pressure on medical education,we create an intelligent surgical teaching platform using collaborative virtual reality technology with cholecystectomy as an example.This immersive learning space centers on students'autonomous inquiry learning which includes constructing a highly realistic virtual environment with real surgical scenes,designing a flipped classroom mode for surgical training,conducting multi-person collaborative simulation surgical operation training,and so on.The training program's effectiveness is confirmed through a survey and experimental analysis,which evaluates the students'experience and performance.The results of the study clearly show that the training platform and mode has a significant positive impact on students'learning interests and training effectiveness.These findings demonstrate the effective nature of the training program in improving surgical training and provide essential guidance for the future development of virtual reality training modes.The research results have strong inspiration and guiding significance for constructing a virtual reality surgical teaching mode.
